Описание: 60 minute class with qigong warm up followed by Tai Chi Fundamentals ® Short Form Practice with limited instruction, so you can tap into and listen to your body. This class is designed for people who have already completed the instructional Seated Tai Chi Fundamentals® Series and no longer need detailed instructions. After practice community time is available to ask questions or chat. Journaling/thought questions are also provided during community time for those that prefer a more introspective practice.
