Описание: Hello! I am sharing the little of the home building process that my husband and I went through. We started our search in August of 2018 and made the decision to buy in this particular development in March of 2019. My husband was set on a ranch and wouldn't look at anything but a ranch. It was a relatively easy process aside from the down payment. We went to settlement on July 31. While going through the process there weren't many videos out with the model we chose so I decided to record as much as I could. After looking back, I realize there were some things I wish I could've changed. I was excited about the home and didn't think of them at the time, but nothing that we can't do down the road. Our experience with NVR and Ryan Homes was extremely positive from start to finish and we didn't have any pressing or crazy issues. We didn't use a realtor and the experience was fine.

House has four bedrooms and three baths. Finished basement with storage area.

Please keep in mind that I have no skills in editing and was doing everything from my phone due to our computer crashing. I crack my gum a lot (bad habitat) and sigh a lot. LOL
