The breathtaking sunset vistas, the smell of the ocean breeze, and the wind in your hair make for a relaxing and exhilarating later afternoon spin! The Back Bay is the inland delta that connects Upper Newport Bay with Newport Harbor. Newport Bay is an estuary and boasts a nature reserve, home to many diverse species of birds and marine life.
