TGA is well described neurologic syndrome which is benign, lasts usually 6-8 hours, and only shows small MRI dots in the hippocampus the 2nd and 3rd days after the event. These dots later go away. Dr. Daniel has the only book by an American author in the last 20 years on Transient Global Amnesia. He describes what it is.
