Last month, ROK Resources hit our radar with a $72M acquisition, which increased their production to 3278 BOEPD. Operating out of SE Saskatchewan and Alberta, the Company’s $16.5M capex provides a cushion of free c/f for faster debt repayment or faster growth. Management’s prowess is evidenced by the four private oil & gas companies they organically built and sold to high-quality public companies. The Company provides a stable cash flow base, with growth, torque to oil prices and potential for tuck-in acquisitions.
