I come from a... well, a very different place. I was sent to Earth to recruit a team for the family business.
At first, every job applicant ran away like they'd seen a ghost, thinking my high-paying job was a scam to 'harvest organs'! 🏃♂️💨
Later I understood that you don't like 'employees' here, but rather praise 'hard workers'. So I changed my strategy and finally managed to recruit the first person. 💪
I just provide benefits according to the minimum standards of my home company:
✅ Salary prepaid, get paid before you start working
✅ Work five hours a day, three days off a week
✅ Provide spacious single accommodation and rich meals
✅ Overtime pay is five times the salary
To me, these are just basic guarantees. But to them, I'm practically a deity descended from heaven. 👑
They were so moved they knelt down for a small bonus, and after I generously paid for a driver's family's surgery, he swore lifelong loyalty to me. I'm really getting more and more confused. 😂
Finally, when I suggested the company pay for everyone to travel abroad, they completely broke down, thinking the time for 'organ harvesting' had finally come... That's when we finally cleared up this huge misunderstanding. 👽
