Claude Opus 4.5 was so good it broke my workflow. I was running 5-6 Claude Code sessions at once, plus too many Chrome tabs. My 16GB MacBook Air couldn't keep up — constant VS Code crashes.
I upgraded to a 48GB MacBook Pro, but Activity Monitor still couldn't tell me which specific session was eating RAM. So I built RAMBar.
RAMBar sits in your menu bar and shows memory usage by app — Python, Chrome, VS Code, Claude Code. Click to expand and see each Claude session or Chrome tab individually. Now I know when I can spawn another subagent, or when I need to close some tabs.
