Описание: RUH7- This session explores how communities are rethinking wraparound supports for people experiencing unsheltered homelessness alongside health and substance use challenges. Presenters will highlight mobile health outreach and harm-reduction housing strategies that provide low-barrier, inclusive care tailored to complex needs. Examples include Hamilton’s mobile teams delivering healthcare and case management from encampments to housing, and research from Montreal on improving services for people who use drugs and alcohol. Together, these presentations offer evidence-informed strategies and practical service adaptations that foster dignity, expand access to care, and reduce barriers for those living unsheltered.
