Fake Baby. Fake Ultrasound. What’s in the Urn?

This is a real screenshot from a text Rachel sent me on December 20, 2021:
“Want to see a picture of our baby from today?” — with an ultrasound attached.

But it wasn’t our baby. Because there was no baby.

Fast forward to February 11, 2022 — I received another message:
It had been “a rough day” — the day we lost our baby.
Rachel came home shortly after that… with ashes in an urn.

Today, we’re taking those ashes, placing them in a sealed bag, and sending them to a crime lab for analysis.
They won’t be human remains.
But what are they?

What kind of twisted person does this?

By the way, Rachel has done this to at least five men.
She faked pregnancy with three of them — including claiming twins.
