Ingredients
16oz pure pumpkin
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp liquid stevia
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
Steps
Preheat oven to 350 F
1. Add eggs to a bowl and whisk
2. Add in pure pumpkin and whisk. Then add in whipping cream and whisk
3. Add in vanilla and stevia and whisk
4. Mix in seasonings
5. In springform (or pie tin, tart pan) pan lined w parchment, pour batter
6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the middle is set
7. Enjoy with a cup of milk, whipped cream, yogurt or steak -- the world is your oyster.
