Lake Louise, Banff national park, Alberta, Canada.
The color of the lake is a mixture of beautiful green and blue (called turquoise or emerald green) that looks unreal, as if it came out of cartoon. It's sheer magnificence. Utterly gorgeous.
It's July but the temperature is barely 65 degrees (18 degrees in celsius).
The water in the lake is glacial water, so it's extremely cold. They warn against not dipping into it because it will give you hyperthermia shock.

カナダ アルバータ州 バンフ国立公園 ルイーズ湖に来ました。真夏ですが、基本は18度。とても快適です。1時間ほど山を登るとルイーズ湖を見渡せる絶景が広がります。
ルイーズ湖の水面の色は特殊で、まるで絵の具で人工的に作られたような、不思議なエメラルド色です。
雪解け水なので、水温はわずか１度で、ボートから落ちると急激に体温が下がりショック状態になるので危険です。（例えば、日本の真冬の海は水面の温度は１０〜２０度あります）
