Filigree Gloss Design on Matte Nail

In this video I'm going to show you how to create this super easy filigree design on a matte nail.
This is a very subtle, elegant design that can be done in any colour for any occasion. Now I added some bling to mine in the form of some tinie tiny crystals but you could leave them off if you wanted for a slightly different effect.
