Everybody loves the F-14 Tomcat made famous in the movie "Top Gun," but the last American flying aces (5 or more aerial victories) flew the F-4 Phantom II. The Phantom may not be as sexy as the Tomcat, but it nonetheless it was an iconic fighter jet which truly earned its reputation as "The MiG Killer" over the skies of Vietnam.
