On a lazy Saturday afternoon, I found myself drawn to my decks, reminiscing about the great music of the 80s and 90s. With a sense of nostalgia, I opened my folder of remixes and began selecting tracks at random, starting just below 100 BPM. I decided to take it easy on the BPM for this session, giving those often overlooked tracks a chance to shine. I felt a sense of excitement, knowing that this mix would soon be a part of my collection and, hopefully, enjoyed by my audience.

As I mixed, I couldn't help but think of the iconic artists whose music I was blending. The Cure, with their haunting melodies and introspective lyrics, always brought a unique depth to my sets. Tears For Fears' powerful anthems like "Shout" never failed to energize the crowd. Billy Idol's rebellious spirit and unforgettable hits added a raw edge, while Duran Duran's sophisticated soundscapes transported listeners to another world. Depeche Mode's innovative electronic beats and Erasure's infectious synth-pop rhythms were perfect for creating an immersive experience. Each track, from INXS's sultry grooves to Simple Minds' anthemic choruses, contributed to a rich tapestry of sound that celebrated the best of the 80s and 90s.
