All right everybody! Today we're going to continue on with our series on resilience. One of the most important features, I believe being an entrepreneur can have something that can be developed. Not everybody's born resilient, we can definitely learn how to become resilient. Today I want to talk about the components of resilience because of the type of resilient types. These components that can be difficult to become resilient or to experience the benefits of resilience.
Wellness, I'll be thinking in meaning by the first one connection. What is the connection? The connection is your ability to connect with your family members, friends and community. It's a common misconception that resilient people do not need help from others, but this misconception is completely false. In contrast the most resilient people have some of the strongest connections around, and for that reason that connection is important.
If it allows you to have without having anyone to talk to for help you can easily feel overwhelmed by your life and have nowhere to turn. Whenever you fail the second component is wellness. Wellness is the active process of becoming more aware and making choices to become healthy and living a fulfilling life. Although wellness includes being physically fit and healthy it is intimately related to emotional and mental change and growth as well as important to have Wellness in order to have a high quality life.
Wellness relates to your physical health mental health emotional health and personal growth. Wellness matters since the whole point is to make you happier and healthier. Overtime to your wellness and your Wellness resilient become more resilient. Your wellness increases the same time as your focus. More on your wellness is your resilience, it is more likely to increase as well you are unlikely to become resilient now.
The next one I struggled with for a long time it's called healthy thinking and thinking is your ability to think realistically. Flexibly entry to fully and effectively execute your strategy. This tends to be healthy thinking.This is about learning from your mistakes and incorporating them into your new plant goals and strategies.
