Описание:
1. Set a bench to about a 45° incline and attach both cable handles to the lowest setting.
2. Sit back and set up like a traditional incline press, pulling your shoulder blades back and planting your feet under your hips.
3. Bring the handles to your shoulders with control before initiating the press.
4. Press the handles upward, maintaining steady tension as the cables challenge your shoulder stability.
5. Lower back down under control, keeping tension through both the concentric and eccentric portions of the movement.
