Описание: The Toyoda Tunnel Slim Powder Applicator/Dryer for DTF Film is the perfect companion for the Roland BY-20 Desktop DTF Printer. Available in 20” and 24” width models, it features a standard take-up feeding system that simplifies operations. The Powder Control System holds 1kg of powder, enabling continuous use for up to 1.5 hours, which significantly reduces labor time and costs. Its advanced heating tunnel, with four Quartz infrared heat drying tubes, ensures superior heating, eliminating oil return and delivering flawless prints. The system is equipped with an advanced film detector that automatically controls the heating elements, enhancing efficiency. The improved reel system guarantees tighter, neater material rolls, while the 9-fan air cooling system ensures proper cooling. The heating and drying mode utilizes front guide plate heating and upper drying curing for optimal results. Despite its powerful performance, the machine is energy-efficient, with the 20" model operating at 220V with 12A, and the 24" model at 220V with 15A. Both models are designed to fit through a 27.5” wide door, making them versatile and convenient for various setups.
