Do you know how to use your mala beads? They're not just a fashion accessory.
Mala bead rolling is a great way to create positive energy for yourself and others, as well as relieve anxiety or stress.
First, choose a mantra. It can be a Sanskrit word like Om or Chanti, something you wish for yourself like Peace or Love, or the name of a person you want to send healing energy to, then say that word outloud or in your head as you roll your beads.
The correct way to roll the beads is to hold them in your right hand, beads resting on middle finger, index finger free and thumb rolls the beads one by one towards you. Start after the bead with the thread and end with the one right before it. Rolling the beads will also help charge them with positive energy.
