Описание: General tips:
1. Keep it brief ( 1 or 2 pages, 2 if you have +10 years of experience in different companies)
2. No mistakes (your resume. Use simple present or past tense)
3. Never use in words that you don’t understand. If you speak good English you can use power verbs, if you speak little English use simple but professional English.
4. Have the most useful info at the first half of the page
5. Key highlights: The organization name: MCS, Tavan Bogd, Bid 4 Audits, Bid Commercial banks etc
6. Highlight what you have achieved instead of listing what your roles were in the past
7. Don’t use colors other than black and white, fonts other than standard fonts such as Calibri, Arial etc
At the top:
Short and Informative info about you:
Cell number; email address;
Don’t: your birthday, where you are from, sex

Summary about yourself:
Professionals: simple, clear, short information about you and why you are good fit for them ( look at their website to find out what they need)
Do: hard skills that employer needs
Don’t: soft skills such as leadership, attention to detail, strong communication skill, team player, nice, friendly unless you back it up
Two things in you experience section:
1. career profile – the company that you have worked for ( audit associate 1 year, audit senior – present). KPMG, MCS LLC, Shunkhlai LLC, Tavan Bogd LLC

2. career highlights: what you achieved – not what you did – it’s most likely to be related with what you did:
Volunteer student organizer at University of Finance and Economics 2012-2014
Don’t: successfully organized a student program;
Do: Organized a student introductory program attended by 200 incoming freshman and assisted 25 students to choose their profession

3. major contribution that you are most proud of
Don’t do: Objective statement i.e list of skills that’s really generic: good communication skills, hardworking, attention to detail, friendly, nice, leadership skills (only hard skills proven by evidences, by numbers)
Education
Put the education at the bottom
Do: see how much it relates to the job title;
Don’t: good at running, swimming unless you are extraordinary
