Before buy HDD, RAM OR New Setup try below for save time
1. Try to find dll missing. Sfc / scannow
2. Registry cleaning, Ncleaner-CCleaner
3. Corrupted file repair/ HardDrive repair
Win+ r then type Rstrui.exe

Sometime printer issues. You need to prioritize wifi against LAN. How? Just drag wifi before lan.😂
