Green peas – 1 cup
Garlic – 4 to 5 cloves
Green chillies – 6 to 7
Ginger – 1 to 2 small pieces (peeled)
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tablespoon
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tablespoon
Asafoetida – a pinch
Salt – as per taste
Coriander powder – 1/2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tablespoon
Garam masala – a pinch
Dry mango powder (amchur) – 1/2 tablespoon
For Kachori Dough
Refined flour (maida) – 2 cups
Salt – to taste
Carom seeds (ajwain) – as required
Oil – 4 tablespoons
Water – as needed
For Frying
Oil – for deep frying
