Zepbound (Mounjaro) Weight-loss: New Stupid Diet Plan - WILL I FAIL?

I’m on a journey to lose 180lbs (81kgs/13st), and I’m doing it with the help of Zepbound (Mounjaro / Tirzepatide) — I have an amazing group trip coming up in May 2026 and I have my mind set on losing 61 pounds by that point. That’s an insane 2.6 pounds per week! Am I just setting myself up for failure? Or can I somehow make this work? Honestly, this is not the smartest idea I’ve ever come up with, but I really think I need the motivation to up my weight loss per week.

I’ll break down my plan, including:
