1981 LVL and DRV - A Perfect Stack?

Today we are doing some more gain stacking (one of my favorite things to do with pedals). I believe these two are contenders for a “perfect stack,” if you will. The amount of different tonalities that are achievable with these two devices is pretty incredible. I try to show a range of examples in this demo, but I am barely scratching the surface. I definitely prefer pushing the DRV with the LVL to get really rich saturation, but I have been known to run gain into the LVL set as sort of a preamp-type thing. Anyways, enjoy!
