Swamp Soup /Conecuh Sausage and Turnip Green Soup

1-2 Tablespoons bacon grease
1 pound Conecuh Sausage, sliced
2 medium onions, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 (27-oz) can turnip greens with liquid
1 (28-oz) can mild or hot Rotel tomatoes, with liquid
1 can Great Northern Beans, drained
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can corn, drained
32-ounce box chicken stock
Onion powder, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning, and salt to taste
In a large pot, melt the bacon grease. Add sausage and cook until the just start to brown. Add the onions and peppers. Sauté until slightly soft. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer with lid on for about 15 to 20 minutes.
