In this episode, we continue the story of Abdul Muttalib’s vow and how his beloved son Abdullah, the father of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, was chosen for sacrifice. The people of Makkah opposed this decision, pleading for Abdullah’s life. Finally, through divine wisdom, the sacrifice was replaced with one hundred camels, sparing Abdullah’s life. Later, Abdullah married Amina bint Wahb, and soon after, he departed on a trade journey. Meanwhile, the famous incident of Abraha’s attack on the Kaaba shook the people of Makkah, but Allah’s plan was always in motion, preparing for the blessed birth of the Final Messenger ﷺ.
