In this video I begin to plant up a new fruit orchard at the back of my 640sqm allotment turned permaculture forest garden. I show you the whole tree planting process from start to finish, from how I go about choosing varieties, the differences between rootstock size and grafting methods, spacing, why I don't use amendments in my planting holes, different ways of staking, aftercare and lots more!
