Basic Operation of a CAT 2000 Controller
pH should be set to 7.5 always
pH read on controller should always be calibrated to match your manual reading
Sanitizer level is related to ORP. If sanitizer level is low, set ORP higher.
ORP should be set mid 700’s for optimal sanitizer level but will depend on the pool.
If you add chemicals manually, you MUST recalibrate the system or else it will throw your levels off.
