Kuah Asinan :
25 bh cabai camur (25 pods of mixed chili)
200gr gula merah (1/2 lb of palm sugar)
3 SDM gulaputih (3 tbsp of sugar)
1 SDM udang rebon (1 tbsp of dried Acetes shrimp)
5 ibu jari asam (1 oz of tamarind)
2 sdt garam (2 tsp of salt)
2 SDM kacang tanah goreng (2 tbsp of fried peanut)
700 CC air (2 cups of water)
Isi:
100 gr kol (4 oz of cabbages)
100 gr tauge (4 oz of sprouts)
100 gr wortel (4 oz of carrot)
2 bh timun (2 cucumbers)
200 gr tahu putih gurih (8 oz of tofu)
100 gr kacang tanah goreng (4 oz of fried peanut)
krupuk (crackers)
