In all seriousness it's important to check to see if what you read on the internet is accurate or not, even if it comes from a credible source. Sometimes even the most trustworthy news outlets can miss some stuff and it's out responsiblity to not follow what we see on the internet blindly.
In short, according to my research roblox did NOT get banned in Kuwait. Banning roblox is on the table but they didnt go through with it just yet.
There also doesnt seem to be a fee for using a VPN to access blocked sites mostly. The fees are for illegal stuff done using a vpn which, no duh.
