This presentation details Inscoper's integrated solutions for smart microscopy, addressing the dual needs of expert users requiring low-level control and general audiences needing accessible applications. The core is the Inscoper Imaging Solution, which features real-time device control, high frame rates, and a universal API for sophisticated hardware management and customized protocol development. To bridge the gap between low-level API commands and complex experiments, we implement the useq-schema ontology for standardized Multidimensional Acquisition (MDA) sequence definition in conjunction with the API, enhancing compatibility. For non-programming users, the I.I.S. Scripting module enables the creation of user-friendly application templates, integrating image analysis and automated device updates into the MDA scheme.
