I am so looking forward to tonight's meal, local ox tail stew, with Herby dough boys (dumplings) and some crusty bread and butter.
In the video early this morning the oxtail are browning off with some vegetables before going into the slow cooker to cook for 12 hours low and slow in my own secret recipe gravy.
