Описание: The first film to be released in the decade of the 1980's was the highly controversial "Windows". It starred Talia Shire (of "Rocky" and "The Godfather" fame) and Elizabeth Ashley. Directed by Gordon Willis; the Academy Award winning cinematographer of "The Godfather", the film promised to be an interesting one. Surrounded by controversy due to the portrayal of the lesbian character in the film, and also for the violence at the beginning (during the rape scene), the film garnered some of the worst reviews in the history of cinema. It's actually a pretty good, though somewhat disturbing thriller with excellent shots of New York and superb cinematography.
