Your SUPER COMBO workout is a combination of low impact but high burn cardio strength exercises with light dumbbells and ABS exercises.
This cardio and strength metabolic training workout is beginner friendly and amazing way to build up strength and cardio vascular endurance, lose weight and sculpt your full body. We will begin with warm up, and will continue with light weights compound exercises conditioning drills for full body. We will finish strong with quick 100 reps workout finisher.
