पेठा // Wax gourd- 1 कप
मटर // Peas - ½ कप
फलियां // Beans - ½ कप
जिमीकंद // Yam - ½ कप
कच्चा केला // Raw Banana - 1 कप
गाजर // Carrot - ½ कप
सहजन // Drumstick - 2
आलू // Potato - 2

दही // Curd- 1 ½ कप

हरी मिर्च // Green Chillies - 4 से 5
जीरा // Cumin Seeds- 1 बड़ा चम्मच
चावल का आटा // Rice Flour - 2 बड़े चम्मच

तड़के के लिए // For Tadka

जीरा // Cumin Seeds- ½ छोटा चम्मच
सरसों के बीज // Mustard Seeds - 1 छोटा चम्मच
हींग // Asafoetida - 1 छोटा चम्मच
कड़ी पत्ता // Curry Leaves
सूखी लाल मिर्च // Dry Red Chillies- 2 से 3
