Ingredients:
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• 6 Tbsp cornstarch
• ¼ tsp salt
• 7 egg yolks
• 3 cups whole milk (do not use anything less than whole milk)
• ¾ cup evaporated milk
• 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
• 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
