Venezuelan interim president Delcy Rodríguez claims that more than 463 apartments were destroyed during a U.S. “infamous attack” in Caracas on January 3. She reported dozens of Cuban and Venezuelan combatants were killed and condemned the aggression, calling for unity and strategic prudence.
