I was lucky enough to spend some time with the owner and team over at Bake Sum, a bakery in the Bay Area known for its iconic Asian-American inspired pastries! While you can order up traditional baked goods like croissants 🥐, they're also serving up some inventive creations and flavors influenced by Asian dishes like the croissubi (aka a croissant-musubi) or the okonomiyaki danish.
