Well this wasnt what we expected it to be, We arrived here expecting 1 maybe 2 old warehouses it turned out to be a whole industrial estate.
The Daniels Industrial Estate in Stroud closed to be redeveloped into a sustainable housing scheme, with demolition and groundworks to begin after the site was sold to Newland Homes and approved by Stroud District Council in April 2023. The project will transform the seven-acre brownfield site into 111 low- and zero-carbon homes.
