Описание: First of all: HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YA!! Wishing you and yours all the best! On this video I present to you one of my country's most famous and loved soups: okra soup a.k.a. "okro soepoe" or "okro bravoe". Have a go and let me know how you got on! :)

Ingredients:

2.5 liters of water
1 large onion
4 bay leaves
4 cloves of garlic
pimento corns (a.k.a. "all spice")
cloves
chicken stock cubes
1 Kg. (2 Lbs.) of chicken
1 smoked fish
500 grams of salted beef
taro leaves (a.k.a. "dasheen bush")
750 grams of FRESH okra
1 yellow Scotch bonnet pepper
