Seattle Fire **New** Engine 5 Responding/Returning!!!

Описание: What a Father's Day present: I managed to get the new Engine 5 responding! I'm pretty sure this is the first response video of this rig, at least on YouTube - let me know if someone else beat me to it 😀

Engine 5 is a 2024 Pierce Enforcer - it was put into service in January of this year. It's stationed on the waterfront, along with Fireboat Leschi, Fireboat 2, Rescue boat 5 and the Engine 4 transport truck.

I got very lucky with timing - I'd just come out of Ye Olde Curiosity Shop where I was looking for a restroom (none available, but there are some in Miner's Landing) when E5 got a call. Later, while we were on the new overlook, I spotted the Leschi patrolling the waterfront. The sun was right behind it, so the video quality isn't great.

Then, as we were walking back to the car, my wife agreed to hang out at Station 5 for a few minutes to see if we could see E5 returning from another run. After waiting less than 5 minutes, I got video of them pulling back in!

All in all, a fantastic Father's Day trip to the waterfront! Thanks for watching!
