Job options and opportunities after GDC registration/ORE/LDS
In this video I discuss the structure of dentistry in UK and job opportunities after you have registered as a dentist with GDC and passing ORE or LDS exams.
UK Dentistry structure:
Primary Care: NHS, Private or Mixed dental Practices. For NHS work you need a performer number.
Secondary Care: Hospital based practice, Jobs are for Senior House officer, staff grade, registrar and consultants. Specialist training pathways through the Dental Core training pathways (DCT).
