Calabay Parc is made up of 259 Single Family Homes built from 2001 to 2005. This is an ungated community with rolling hills. Calabay Parc is the idea Vacation Community. Close to Disney World and the homes range from 3 to 6 bedrooms. They are between 1628 square feet up to 3250 square feet. All of these single and two-story homes have a private pool and many with a relaxing spa. You can enjoy a beautiful pool patio, games rooms and conservation views as well as plenty of space for the whole family to relax in and enjoy.

Orlando’s world-class theme parks and attractions are easily reached from this beautiful community, as are a wide range of shops and restaurants to choose from. Florida's award-winning beaches can be reached in only 1 hour and 15 minutes on either side of the state! Many of the larger homes have bedrooms on the ground floor with direct access to the pool patio. You will find that many of those have two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs Perfect for an in-law suite or someone who doesn't do stairs. The larger 5 or 6 bedroom homes have multiple en-suite bathrooms off of the bedrooms. This community was developed with Vacation Homes and Short Term Rentals in mind. Large homes with comfort and privacy for multiple guest. You can live in Calabay Parc full time, rent long or short term. Calabay Parc has a community play ground with swings and slides, as well as some outdoor gym equipment. There is no community pool or club house as each home has it's own private pool.

There is no CDD in Calabay Parc. The HOA is, at the time of this writing, $470 quarterly ($156.67 Monthly) with a 1 time Capital Contribution of $2000 when first joining the HOA. The HOA includes Ground Maintenance.

The nearest Premium Outlets is at Exit 68 on the I-4 Highway which is less than 30 minutes drive from Calabay Parc. There are many restaurants just a short distance away from the front entrance of Calabay Parc. Also, there are local Golf courses and North West Regional Park with Soccer fields, basketball courts, pickle ball court, dog park, kids play park, walking trails, exercise equipment, covered picnic tables and a screen pavilion with bathrooms.
