Peanut Oil for frying
Wooden Skewers or toothpicks

1 cup All purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Cold Beer
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons Sugar
