Hey Afrodisiacs! In today’s video, I share my recent trip to the dermatologist to discuss my hair and scalp health. Regarding the excessive shedding I experienced from overusing hair growth oils, my dermatologist reassured me that natural over the counter oils are safe for hair growth when used in moderation. During the examination, it was revealed that I have some hair loss around the front of my hairline. While the causes of hair loss can vary, it seems that my health history such as anemia and heavy menstrual cycles may have contributed.
