credits to ow_dud for making the awesome flowers rig, love it to death
this is all the work i had gotten done for whistle occurrence before no longer being apart of the forsaken team. more progress went towards the Whistle Irony skin, because i was able to animate it in a goofier fashion while still under some personal issues. the original plan was to include Whistle Irony as the temporary base model for Whistle Occurrence so the abilities could be implemented and he has a placeholder model for his base-kit. but plans change
