Drool loses another battle against Fangbone and Bill and decides to face them directly - by launching a world chain at Earth and cranking the two planets together, succeeding when Fangbone hesitates to cut the chain. Worse, Drool finally regains his Toe and his power, threatening to rule over all of reality. Fangbone and Bill are forced to recruit friends and enemies alike to stop Drool in a battle to end all battles, and possibly their friendship forever.

A young barbarian warrior, joins Eastwood Elementary to defeat Venomous Drool and save Skullbania, with the help of his goofy sidekick Bill.
