Ingredients:

1 whole bangus/milkfish with or without bones
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
thumb size ginger, chopped
2 stalks spring/green onion
2 tablespoons kalamansi juice
1/4 cup soy sauce, divided
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
