Jonathan “Jiffy” Davies’ Charity Golf Day at Radyr Golf Club was a fantastic occasion in support of Velindre Cancer Charity. The Harry Colt–designed course provided the perfect backdrop for a day of golf, sunshine, and fundraising, proudly sponsored by Nine Wealth Management.
As President of Velindre, Jiffy has been a long-standing ambassador for the cause, helping fund vital research, equipment, and patient care across Wales. This event once again brought together friends, supporters, and golfers for an unforgettable day on the fairways.
A standout moment came from Bob Evans of the Gilberts Gladiators team, who hit just the second hole-in-one in Great Days Golf history on the 14th hole. His generous donation to Velindre and shared whiskey on the tee captured the spirit of the day perfectly.
With laughter, generosity, and community at the heart of it all, the event was another shining example of how golf can bring people together for a great cause.
