E36 custom halo installation tutorial

Описание: In this video I walk you guys through the steps I took to modify my Depo headlights with Orion4 Halos. I had alot of fun on this project and I am super satisfied with the results. Hopefully this video will help some of you fellow enthusiasts on your custom lighting ideas. The theme of my 318ti is black and yellow. Chrome doesnt go with that look so Im deleting all of it in the grill and lights.

I have a cold in the video so my voice may sound off to some of you who know me, sorry. I just really wanted to get back to making videos for the channel. Ive been doing alot of work to the cat that I need to show u guys.

For the modifications on the headlights I used the following tools and materials.

Orion4 Halos. Super bright and quality design. Got my set from www.bavtoys.com check them for pricing.

A Dremel 8220. This is the cordless version. Works best for me because its portable and I do a lot of work outside of the shop. Sells for just around $100 at Home Depot.

Gorilla glue clear. Works great for small projects like this. One drop goes a long way. Dries quick. Sells for about 5 bucks at Advanced Auto

Ultimate Pry Tool. My tried and true pry tool of multiple purposes. You will see this tool used for something or other in damn near all of my custom installs. I got it at www.12vtools.com I highly recommend it, its a beast.

Black silicone. Works in a pinch for a black adhesive thats cheap and flexible. You can get it off with a razor but its kind messy to work with so use gloves. I got a tube at Advance Auto for like 3 bucks.
Basic philli[ps head screw driver for the screws on the halo housing.
