Here's some great sounding Audio-Technica snare microphone options for studio recording or live applications, no more depending on the infamous Shure SM-57 🥁🎤🎧
I have recorded all Audio-Technica microphones side by side with the Shure SM57 on a Sonor Vintage Series 14x6,5 snare drum for easy comparison. The snare signals were recorded through an API 3124V mic preamp, please use headphones or appropriate studio monitoring when listening!
